Like the heron, Bake Blue stands for independence, strength, and the belief that everyone deserves the chance to thrive.

For families touched by autism, the path after childhood often feels uncertain and isolating. Too often, capable young adults are given jobs that don’t reflect their true abilities. Bake Blue is here to change that story. We believe in asking: What are you good at? How can you grow?
